Where can you find Vitamin E?
Vitamin E is known for being beneficial for your cardiovascular system, lowering cholesterol levels, aiding your immune system and is essential for the appearance of healthy skin.
Getting enough vitamin E is important for all these reasons and knowing where to find it will increase your chances of getting enough of it on a day-to-day basis. Below we have listed the foods that are high in or contain a sufficient level of vitamin E in them.

Spinach can be easily incorporated in to a diet by adding some raw baby spinach leaves on the side of any dish and is our personal favorite vitamin E enriched food. Olives are a great and healthy snack as is whole avocado. Papaya can make a great addition to a whole grain breakfast cereal and at the same time you can add simple things such as fresh orange juice to get your vitamin C fix in the morning. This is far healthier than white toast and coffee, an easy breakfast that many opt for out of habit.
